this card was created for a friend whos cousin was graduating from high school. the concept was designed based on the background of black/white and the blue and yellow as the pops of color. the base of the card is yellow bazzill card stock. the black and white patterened paper is creative imaginations. The strip of blue polka dot paper is from the bo bunny "double dot" collection. i added a touch of bling with clear rhinestones and stars punched out of bazzill bling cardstock.
